This lookbook for Topshop’s Autumn/Winter 2010 collection is well put together with great photos and brilliant paper stock. Cool location too.

The current issue of Interview has a great article honoring Dennis Hopper’s contributions to film and photography. Some don’t know that he was quite the accomplished photographer. The portrait of him was shot by Terry, who currently has some great shots of Dennis up on his diary site.

Remember Paper Issue 2 is coming very soon, and here is a preview.
Work by Diana Scheunemann, Henrik Purienne, Noah Kalina, Dusdin Condren, Motion Family, Richard Kern and Dreamandawake, Ruvan Wijesooriya, Lamija Suljevic, Lister, Angel Angelov, and Kelsey Henderson.

Since I run a music site, I’m not able to really purchase a good deal of music, but when I come across a great LP, I grab it. This album, Big Echo by the Morning Benders, is pretty stellar. With all the crap album art these days, this one really stands out. A great watercolor landscape.

Laurence Ellis’ work fits right in to the 70s vibe of Mirage Magazine. This story with Rebecca Hiller turned out pretty amazing. More Mirage Issue 2 to come later.

Pretty funny book put out by Blue Q showing how to convert your hair into an array of perm styles. The Silky Smooth, the Love Dome, the Rebel Yell, and who could forget the Sex Bomb.

Here is another editorial from the last Dazed by Matt Irwin. The girl… Elvis’ granddaughter Riley Keough (I have no clue how you pronounce that.)

House Industries sends me promo books every once and a while, and I found this one especially impressive. It showcases the font Eames Century Modern, which comes in quite amazing packaging best described by this quotation from their site. - The first copies of Eames Century Modern will endure the rigors of modern parcel delivery systems jealously guarded in a solid chunk of furniture-grade plywood. Hand printed with our signature air-dried inks in 30 different random versions, each block includes a precision-routed keyhole so it can stand (or hang) as a 21st century monument to 20th century design principles.
